This is the official catalogue of the 2017 retrospective “for better or worse” held at the Toyota Municipal Museum of Art, Japan. Covering works and installation views from 1987–2017, it condenses three decades of Yoshitomo Nara’s practice into one volume.
Square format approx. 28.5 × 28.5 cm, 96 pages in total. Edited by the Toyota Municipal Museum of Art and published by the Committee of Yoshitomo Nara Exhibition. Includes texts by the artist and curator Toshiharu Suzuki, with partial English translations. Now out of print as a museum publication, making it a pleasing addition for collectors.

Minor surface rubs on the cover and slight softening at the corners. No tears or writing detected on the pages. Overall in good, well-kept condition (see photos).
