If the buyer doesnt pay within 3 days, according to the Catawiki seller contract, it is possible we cancel the deal. You can get your money back by contacting Catawiki when you have not paid within the 3 days. Contact us if you are not able to pay on time.

Imballaggio inconsistente. Le casse sono arrivate visibilmente danneggiate, mancanti di viti e di parte della cornice di un Wf. Avvisato il venditore, mi ha detto che è normale spedire senza viti.🤪

All of the above. The quality of the cable is 2nd hand dirty covered in paint. Communication with me when not shipped within 3 days was poor & within 2wk's was zero. Package & address was deplorable!

Veiling gewonnen en betaald. Twee weken contact proberen te krijgen met de verkoper (bellen, mailen) maar geen respons. Waarschijnlijk was de prijs te laag voor wat meneer wilde. NIET TE VERTROUWEN

A fuir… j’aurais du mieux lire les autres commentaires avant. N’envoie pas la marchandise et ne repond a aucun message ni même a catawiki une fois le litige ouvert. Trouvez plutôt un autre vendeur !

Extremely unserious. Poorly packaged, dirty pick with chipped cap, unpolished stylus was changed before shipping without notice. Lost money, poor communication with seller

No communication at all to me as a customer (or Catawiki). I paid very fast, but unfortunately after 18 days still nothing. So lost all trust, and submitted a claim for refund.
