Nice ring and fast delivery.

However the heart shaped box it came in fell apart when I opened it. Not the best quality.

Nice vintage ring, but the beryl is not a beryl at all, most probably a synthetic gem. You shouldn't say anything about the stone, although you mentioned the uncertainty, it would have been more fair.

buenas, si yo indico en el anuncio posible berilo y usted lo critica por que para indicar una incertidumbre mejor no indicar nada, eso si, usted si puede indicar textualmente que posilblemente sea sintetico, ¿que diferencia hay entre mi posible y el suyo? 

Hi! They arrived today. I don't think I've ever seen a worse quality emerald. I'm taking them to a GIA appraiser tomorrow. I paid 1341 euros for these earrings... I'm extremely disappointed. 

hola, está en su derecho, siento si decepción pero yo no he descrito ninguna calidad de las esmeraldas y si las he mostrado perfectamente en fotografías ofreciendo usted libremente la cantidad pagada 1200€

I got a very beautiful ring from this seller, it is nicely made and does look way better in person compared to the pictures. 
The shipping was very fast and nicely packaged.
