This seller is not open to a solution when the delivered item is not in proper condition. He refused Catawiki's proposal. He's now relisting the item stating it's perfect, while he glued the wristband

I would like to clarify that it was not possible to reach an agreement because the buyer requested a refund amounting to nearly 50% of the watch’s value, even though the issue concerned only the strap and could have been resolved at minimal cost.

Furthermore, the strap was intact at the time of shipment.

Following the return, which was entirely at my expense, and in order to ensure maximum transparency and quality, the strap involved in the issue was entrusted to a specialized craftsman who carefully restored it to its original condition, taking into account that it is an accessory over 25 years old.

To provide additional reassurance to the future buyer, a brand-new replacement strap will also be included free of charge.

I am a reliable seller with nearly 30 watches sold and positive feedback. In this specific case, unfortunately, the buyer was not open to a fair discussion and left negative feedback only after receiving the refund.
