È arrivato con molto ritardo e mi hanno fatto pagare altri soldi per spese doganali e postali, alla consegna, di cui non mi è stato notificato niente.

Per quanto riguarda il ritardo e i costi aggiuntivi, si tratta di normali spese di importazione e costi di gestione applicati dalla dogana del suo Paese. Questi costi sono separati dalle spese di spedizione e non sono qualcosa che io, come venditrice, possa controllare.
