A lovely antique rare small shaped Chinese porcelain teapot with a central decoration of florals in medallions, executed in a nice underglaze blue and white . In the border a classical decoration of geometrical floral patterns. An elegantly shaped ear and sturdy sprout. Handcrafted in ancient Imperial China during the Qing dynasty, Kangxi period (ca. 1700). Guaranteed original and of the stated period.

Condition: The teapot is in overall good condition, one small restored chip on the rim and a shallow flake off the foot, the lid is restored. The condition is carefully checked with strong UV-light and bright translucent white light.
