The rug is gorgeous, we received a note and a gift, very nice. The only minus - rug was supposed to be professionally cleaned, but it has a very strong smell of musty wool and has to be cleaned.

Our rug was delivered quickly, but it was pretty dirty even though it was supposed to be cleaned. The packaging had also ripped during delivery. Otherwise, we are very satisfied with our new rug!
