Express train locomotive series 18 of the Belgian Railways (NMBS/SNCB). Four system locomotive for France, the Benelux and Germany. Operating livery etc. circa 1980. Version in yellow/blue "Chiquita" livery. With an MFX digital decoder and sound generator. Controlled high-efficiency propulsion Softdrive Sine, low-maintenance motor in compact construction. 4 axles powered via prop-shaft, with traction tyres. Lighting with low-maintenance, warm white LEDs, conventional operation, and can be controlled digitally. Fitted hand-rails made out of metal. Steps have been fitted. Detailed roof equipment, various pantographs. Cabins with fitted interior, the front cabin with engineer’s figure Components that can be plugged in for the buffer bar included.
