Hachette Japan - 1:8 - Tyrrell P34 - Tyrrell - Formula 1 - Jody Scheckter - 1976 - model car in scale 1: 8

Tyrell P34 ‘six wheeler’ F1 car in scale 1: 8, complete with display (57 x 34 x 21 cm) and remote control of the electrical functions. Limited edition model, and hardly available any longer. Here we are offering a rare and incredibly detailed Tyrrell P34 F1, which was created by the Japanese brand Hachette as a replica in scale 1: 8. The P34 really doesn’t really need an introduction for F1 fans around the world. It is simply one of the most famous racing cars of all time. The P34 was introduced in September 1975 and began being racing in the 1976 season. It was designed by Derek Gardner, Tyrrell’s chief designer. It proved successful and prompted other teams to design their own six-wheeled platforms. Unfortunately, F1 rules later stipulated that cars must have a total of four wheels, so the design was abandoned. The six-wheeled Tyrrell was one of the most radical competitors ever to compete in F1 and was described as the most famous design in the history of global motorsport. This very detailed six-wheeled model (51 x 25 x 12 cm) is instantly recognisable to motorsport fans all over the world. It shows the number 3 car that Jody Scheckter drove to victory at the 1976 Swedish Grand Prix. The detail of the model is absolutely stunning. Just look at the engine and gearbox, suspension, chassis and cockpit for example; the body can be opened and all the detailed interior parts seen. Everything is made down to the smallest detail. Each part has been carefully recreated for this fantastic model. With the remote control that is included, different motor tones can be generated (from stationary noise to full throttle). The lighting at the rear can also be operated via the remote control. This Tyrrell P34 comes on a luxurious display with a metal sign with the vehicle details. Please check the photos, which are the best description of this great model. This is a rare opportunity to own this impressive life-like model. It can be exhibited in your office, in your motorsport collection, in your man cave or at home. This item will be shipped quickly upon receipt of payment, very well packaged and with tracking.
