Charming pair of bronze figures, one representing a shepherd with his bagpipe, the other a young woman holding a basket of flowers, fixed on one-piece bases in blackened wood.
Each signed (on the back pedestal) L. Perzinka, and each figure has a number. Man 725 and the woman number 727.
The figures are made around 1885.
They are both in excellent condition.

Léon Perzinka was a sculptor but also a founder, he worked for Rodin from 1889 to 1894 and remained active until 1903.
They measure approximately 19 cm high and 22 cm with their bases.
