Egypt, mid 20th century, excellent condition. A very beautiful leather camel saddle stool from Egypt in a gorgeous condition. This one has a camel head (=rare) and dark coloured wood. This original gorgeous saddle, can be used as a footrest or stool and is partly foldable to facilitate transport, due to an ingenious mechanism. The stool comes with the original leather pillow with very beautiful details. Original filling. The bell at the head is still present. Recently, 4 new silk tassels were attached. Very beautiful patina (aesthetic value), both the leather and the beech wood. Great addition to any interior.
