Very fine antique scarab pendant, executed in third grade silver. The pendant is hand-made. The scarab is a beloved symbol, because the animal symbolizes rebirth. The word scarab literally means: "to come to life". It is often worn as an amulet or lucky charm. The scarab is one of the holy animals from ancient Egypt.
