A very nice Capodimonte sculpture by the famous Italian sculptor Tiziano Galli. It is depicting an old man and a boy, tramps, travelling together. Both the old man and the boy are very finely sculpted, detailed to the most. Both have a very well sculpted expression on their face. Fine details, amongst others, cane, lantern ... The ground is covered with short elegant grass and flowers.
The sculpture is titled ‘Cammino della Speranza’, the ‘Path of Hope’.
Decorative base with elegant curls with gold finish.
Fully marked/signed on the base.
In good condition.
It has a height of 23 cm and a width of 17.5 cm.
