Marc Morin de Bourgogne brandy old bottling 1950s - 1960s probably 3 liters
Impressive (and massive!) old bottle of VSOP grade marc de Bourgogne, wine brandy, producer Morin père & fils (father & son), 41° - their emblem are partridges
This producer still exists, but in the Bourgogne winery, they are based in the famous village of "Nuits-Saint-Georges".
It is a brandy produced by distillation of burgundy grape marc (dry remains of the wine squeezing), which are very famous.
The bottle must be 1950's or 1960's production.
Around the neck are attached a "taste-vin" for tasting the brandy, maybe silver (or at least silver plated) and a "bec verseur" (pewter pouring tap) to pour delicately into a glass from this massive bottle.
41° and 3 liters bottle as weight is 4,6kg, and inside dimensions are mesured to 16cm diameter and 16cm "content" (the bottle itself is over 17cm in diameter and 32cm high).
very collectible looking bottle
level is good, driven cork and tin foil - a bit oxydated, bottle might leak a few drops during transit, I will seal it off with parafilm & ballon, I guarantee not a single drop will escape during transit. But of course hand to hand delivery is preferred... looking quite nice condition
Both drinkable and collectible, as you wish!
32cm - 4,6kg
