extremly rare Heuer pocket chronograph, ca. 1933
sold by A. Lünser Berlin to the german army of the Weimar Republic
the merchant Adolf Lünser was the supplier for the 100,000 man army of the Weimar Republic after the lost 1st world war. Adolf Lünser previously worked for the company Lange & Söhne. The watchmaker and businessman from Berlin signed a delivery contract with the German army and navy on 5/25/1925 .
mostly he sold Minerva caliber CH-19-9 pocket chronographs, but here we have an extremly rare Heuer pocket chronograph sold by A. Lünser Berlin, with the caliber Heuer 19´´´ ref. 1101, with "stripes of Geneva"
In my opinion it's made by Heuer because of typical movement. It is because of the vertical sprocket which I will point you on this photo. it was invented by Heuer. It has been used in many Heuer movements
