Very rare old hotel bell / reception bell or table bell. Ca. 1900. France This kind of bell stood on the counter in receptions of distinguished residences and hotels or in the salons of the wealthy to summon their servants. France, 19th century The bell is made of metal and brass. The pedestal is decorated in high relief. In beautiful, weathered condition with nice aged patina, adding to the charm of this old bell.
