Superb old shotgun made in the mid-19th century, pinfire mechanism in 16 calibre. Barrel signed in gold letters by Bernard (Liège). It works perfectly mechanically in two positions, very clear percussion - no play with locking/unlocking. - Damascus barrel, uniform tanning, with small signs of wear but still in nice condition (interior/exterior). - semi-gridded English butt with iron paid made of lovely walnut. - locks, hammers and step-up engraved with a thread. - 1 hammer screw changed at a later time (see photos). - 2 holes that were previously drilled for mixed use in central percussion and pinfire (needle cocking hammers not present - the shotgun currently only works in a pinfire system). very nice shotgun, signed, with its patina, with its small marks and scratches and signs of wear but still in very good condition and in perfect working condition.
