Spanish bandurria made in Valencia by Guillermo Lluquet, specialist in stringed instruments like guitars, mandolins, bandurria, laud, etc. Made entirely of solid wood: Spruce soundboard, walnut back and sides, mahogany neck. Gorgeous original engraved machine heads. Instrument in the Spanish lute family, it is generally tuned differently than a guitar. The strings on it now are guitar strings 9.42, lined. (2X6) The instrument has some minor dents and signs of wear due to its age, 3 restored cracks on the soundboard, slight warping on the corner of the rosette, but it is in good overall condition considering its age and is perfectly playable.
