DETAILS: This is a homage fountain pen dedicated to Robert Louis Stevenson, the 19th Century Scottish novelist and poet most noted for Treasure Island adventure novel. This is a huge and heavy pen, vintage style, cartridge or converter filler. In shiny Blue Marble lacquer over metal body, Black shiny lacquer cap and chrome plated clip and trims. With big gold plated two tone stainless steel nib "M/3" medium tip and engraved Iridium Point Germany. Black plastic conical grip section. Black lacquered end jewels. Screw on cap. Total length, cap closed: 142mm. Supplied with one new unused international standard cartridge of blue ink (as shown). Can also be used with converter. No case supplied, sorry. Nicely conserved and polished shiny lacquer finish cap and barrel. Very few and insignificant microscopic marks here and there. There are two spots on cap jewel edge where the black lacquer has been retouched, almost unnoticeable. No obvious scratches or nicks, no dents, cracks, scuffs or deformations. No oxidations overall. Shiny chrome trims. No repairs. Clip aligned and adjusted. No visible wear or brassing to the gold trim platings. The nib is perfect as new, perfect aligned and with complete iridium, writing perfectly and smoothly. No scratches or other marks. Very crisp engravings. All in perfect working condition.
