It includes 3 titles: - ‘Astérix le Gaulois’; - ‘La serpe d'Or’; - ‘Asterix et les Goths’. It is marked as Volume 1 but the other volumes were never published. This is the version featuring the head of Asterix on the back with the Roman numeral I. Leather imitation hardcover with hot engraving, 139 colour pages. Size: 39.30 cm x 22.50 cm. Legal deposit: 3rd quarter 1967. Publisher: Dargaud. - Perfect cover boards, spine and edges, - Headcaps with 2 snags, one in the top left-hand corner and the other on the right-hand corner on the title of the front cover. - Perfect flyleaves, gathering and binding in mint condition.
