The Baden-Baden photographer Eduard von Pagenhardt published one of the first books on the use of a new three-layer colour film introduced by Agfa in 1936. Kodak had already launched a similar film in the USA a year earlier.
These new films made it possible for the first time for amateurs to take colour pictures without great technical effort and complicated processes.

Condition:
Book inside clean with no marks, the first and the last two pages with marginal foxing, all other pages fresh; pages smell like humidity. Dustjacket used, but impressive; almost complete with marginal missing part at the top of the front, a bit foxed. Overall very good condition.
Great, scarce book with beautiful color photography - with the very scarce original dustjacket.
