Sex Pistols – Never Mind The Bollocks Here's The Sex Pistols - Alternative Takes "Never Mind the Bollocks, Here's the Sex Pistols" is the only studio album by the English punk rock band Sex Pistols. It was originally released in 1977 and is considered one of the most influential punk albums of all time. The album contains iconic tracks such as "Anarchy in the U.K.", "God Save the Queen" and "Holidays in the Sun". What the "Alternative Takes" are alternative and/or demo versions of the songs on the album. These alternate takes feature different lyrics/musical performances than the final versions released on the album. These alternate takes give an insight into the band's creative process and give fans a different perspective on the songs. However, it is worth noting that the Sex Pistols were not known for extensive studio outtakes or alternate versions, so such recordings are relatively rare compared to other bands of the time.
