This Rhum Plantation was aged on Barge 166, the very first floating cellar on the Seine. The aging casks were selected by Alexandre Gabriel of Maison Ferrand. First, 5 years of tropical ageing in Bourbon casks, followed by 5 years of continental ageing in Ferrand cognac casks. Finally, 9 month of ageing on a barge in new barrels. Distilled at the Clarendon distillery. Distillation: 100 %pot stills.
