The Queen mentioned in the book title is not Mary, but Queen Elizabeth (aka the Queen Mother), and there is a facsimile of her writing. The book was a fundraiser for the Red Cross shortly after Great Britain entered World War II, and it includes messages from the Queen and fifty British authors and artists.
