Unfiltered and without added sulfur. This wine owes its name to the limestone soil. Only the best grape material and undamaged berries are used for our intracellularly fermented wines. The berries are removed from the stem structure by hand without being injured, so each berry can ferment individually. This gives the wine an incredible structure and fullness. We bring the origin and the lime-rich soil into the glass in its purest form. This Rosè from Zweigelt grows in our vineyard on Steinberg. Thanks to its unusual color and pleasant berry taste, it is the perfect companion for warm summer evenings and sunny hours on the terrace or balcony. It is also wonderful as an aperitif.
