The Impala Bed was part of the Vonn Jansen collection shown at the Masterly the Dutch in Milano 2023, where even Queen Maxima of the Netherlands came to visit the brand. Sophie Jansens inspiration for the Impala Bed came from the desert. The amazing sand dunes were the inspiration for the pattern of the beautiful Italian veneers. To accentuate the elongated sand dunes, she choose to make a platform bed with connected nightstands. The width of the bed and nightstands together, create this infinite illusion of the pattern. The king size mattress intensifies the feeling of a peaceful 'no man's land' like the desert. This is the place you come to rest in the most luxurious way.
