The project was born more than twenty years ago at the behest of its owner, Stefano Sincini, who, having fallen in love with the Maremma landscapes, set himself the goal of creating something unique in this area in order to preserve its beauty. Wines with a unique and unmistakably Tuscan character. In the vineyard every process is manual, attentive to the organic method and respect for the environment in order to preserve it for future generations. The wine Pianirossi is obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and other local vines, which after fermentation are left to age in 500-litre tonneau. Characterized by a deep red color, it opens to the nose in an elegant and complex way, with aromas of ripe red fruit, spices and balsamic notes. The mouth is filled with a decisive flavour, where important tannins stand out, which give persistence and fullness to every sip. Wonderful to accompany fine grilled or roasted meats.
