Major Liquori is a company that has been carrying on the family tradition since 1970. Grappa Moscato Monovitigno Morbida is obtained from Moscato marc, i.e. from grapes picked fresh and selected during the harvest. Fermentation takes place in special tanks for about 8-10 days (extremely slow distillation using copper stills) so as to safeguard the aromas that characterise the Moscato grape. Its alcohol content is 40°, but unlike other grappas it remains sweet and pleasant without creating a shock to the palate. It presents itself with a transparent white colour, with an involving and intense scent (typical of freshly picked muscat grapes). While the taste is soft with unmistakable fruity aromas. We recommend tasting it at a temperature of about 12° to be combined with dried fruit and chocolate.
