Ready to hang. Henry R Babb was the Head Master of the School of Art, Princess Square, Plymouth, and of the Municipal School of Art, Devonport. I have taken possession of a collection of several very fine watercolours from a private diseased estate which I am offering in Catawiki. Check out my other auctions. Please note.
