Aged in local 430-litre wooden barrels, we decided to bottle all that was left of the 1995 vintage. It was after tasting this vintage in Paris at Whisky Live Paris that the spark with this maison was sparked, and if the 1990 proved to be the perfect product to start getting to know the world of Armagnac, this 1995 was the first love. The hardest thing was definitely waiting to bottle it! We still find dehydrated red fruit, old wood, but this time also more sweetness and roundness.
