Christel and Christer Holmgren are the designers behind this Hornblower candelabra, created for erik bagger, Denmark. The robust cast-iron candlestick is a relaunch of their original Holmgren candleholder designed by them in the 1960s. Erik Bagger is a leading Danish industrial designer and founder of design company eb - Erik Bagger, Denmark, responsible for classic glassware designed for the Copenhagen Opera and MoMA, New York. The fantastic retro-candleholder has room for six candles (2cm diameter; candles not included) of varying lengths, resulting in a beautiful light source. It has enameled feet to prevent scratching of the underlying surface. The base is marked "eb Denmark" with the company logo.
