Columela Solera 50 years is made with grapes of the Palomino Fino variety. Made using the traditional system of Criaderas y Soleras characteristic of vinegars protected by the designation of origin vinagre de Jerez. It has a typical, characteristic and unique bouquet that is conferred by its elaboration from Old Olorosos and its permanence in American oak casks for more than half a century. Columela Solera 50 years is characterized by its deep mahogany color, silky texture; peculiar aroma, deep acidity and containing, in addition to notes of old wine, the memory of its long aging.
