VINIFICATION Wine fermented with partial stemming at a controlled temperature (24-28ºC) when the must reaches the desired sweetness value, fermentation is interrupted by the addition of brandy (77%), subsequently aging in oak wood, in warehouses in Vila Nova de Gaia until it is bottled, between the 2nd and 3rd year, after approval. TASTING NOTES Wine with a good evolution of reduction aromas, with elegance and vinosity. The ripe fruit stands out, with notes of wild fruits with an emphasis on blackberry, in the mouth its entire category is confirmed with a long aftertaste. SERVING It goes wonderfully with desserts made with eggs or nuts, such as almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts. Store in an upright position, in a cool, dry place, protected from light and temperature fluctuations. Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC. Consume in moderation.
