A very rare booklet titled What is Propaganda that was created between a partnership of Walt Disney Productions and the War Department towards the end of WWII. This booklet was created as an educational manual for discussing proper and improper uses of propaganda and attempts to define the complicated term. The booklet has several illustrations of Donald Duck throughout, including the color image seen on the cover. Measuring 7.5"x5", this 46-page booklet is in OK condition overall with some fading to the cover and wear from use.
