The whisky first matured in traditional oak casks before being transfered to Côte-Rotie wine casks, a famous red wine from the Rhône valley in France.
The whisky is bottled at 50%, has no coloring and was not chill-filtered.
Tasting notes :
Deep flavours of spiced dark fruits, sweet cherries and rich chocolate reveal the beautiful complexity in the pairing of the Côte-Rotie cask and the Arran malt.
