Rosebank - 30 years old - Release One -Perfect condition -Optimal fill level -Discontinued, annual release -Rare and collectible whisky Since 2017 Ian Macleod Distillers have been rebuilding and reviving the Rosebank distillery's legacy on a site that had been derelict for almost 25 years. They are releasing expressions every year from casks that were laid down previous to the closure and mothball in the early nineties. We look forward to seeing what the new Rosebank distillery will produce in the years to come! The 30 Year Old is matured in a marriage of refill sherry butts and refill bourbon hogsheads and is the first release of this expression from Rosebank in a limited run of 4,350 bottles. Triple distilled in 1990, free from chill filtration and bottled in 2020 at 48.6% ABV.
