WMF silver plated fruit stand, centerpiece.

It is marked WMFM I/O OX , stands for:
M - mark that means brass base (very rare)
"I/O" - means the normal thickness of silver deposited onto the surface of the base metal (usually, on brass)
OX - oxidized silver
