Hiroshi Outa, a certified regular member of the Japan Crafts Association, is a distinguished Kutani ware potter based in Komatsu, Ishikawa Prefecture. His accolades include awards from the Kutani Ceramic Industry Design Exhibition and multiple selections at the Japan Contemporary Craft Exhibition, highlighting his skill and creativity in ceramics.
