For auction is an above average Junghans military watch. The J80 7 jewel (Wehrmacht specification) has been serviced recently with new parts as required including a new Plexiglas. The hands have been replaced to match as closely as possible those removed. The watch is keeping time. The dlal (measures 37.00 mms without crown) is original and unmolested with a good patina. There is some minor plate loss on the tips of the lugs and also to the rear and sides. However this is all part of the good patina of this rare 75 year old watch. The strap will fit a wrist to 21.50 cms. As with most German made military watches, there were no military numbers stamped on the case back.
