Rare "AGAT" marine diver. Original Zlatoust watch factory. Vintage diver's watch from Soviet production with hand-wound calibre ChS 191 in huge 60 mm stainless steel casing with bolted crown protection & (optimal) glass protection grid (bolted with the bezel) in NOScondition as issued, fully functional with original strap made of leather-substitute material, cardboard & certificate. This ultra solid diver's watch was introduced in 1959 for Soviet marine divers, the case is milled from a block, the movement with imprinted dial is inserted from above and bolted with a solid glass through the bezel to reach the then sensational depth of diving depth of 600m. At the beginning of the 90s it was still common to find the ChS 191 but they have become rarer today & the price has risen sharply.
