In the FACADE, note the symbol of the Jubilee “Jubilaeum” A.D. 2000.
On the BACK, however, the beautiful representation of Christ opacified and the shiny outline represented by flames, the eternal flame of Passion, eternal light of the Redeemer.
The value of the money is not itself facial, but rather the artist’s work, the engraving and the meaning that he wanted to give to the back of the coin.
The piece is RARE and is invaluable for collectors of gold coins (and coins in general).
