Beautiful and exclusive Pirelli Calendar in original packing American fashion photographer Richard Avedon was known for his beautiful portraits. He shot the 1997 edition of the Pirelli calendar in New York. Avedon was inspired by Pirelli’s presence as a multinational in a variety of countries all over the world: Brazil, China, United States, Japan, etc and wanted to pay a tribute to all women, representing their country of origin.
