Reuge cigarette dispenser with music box
Beautiful cigarette case by the famous Reuge Music in enamelled metal, mid-20th century. The enamels were handmade and then baked in an oven, with decorations of flowers and leaves. Pressing the button activates a music box that emits a sweet melody and each side opens to reveal the cigarettes placed inside. Reuge Music logo appears on the knob on the bottom to load the melody and two other Goldsmith paper labels and titles of the songs played. Working object in good condition, i report the presence of a small restoration sign on the red enamel, about the size of a small coin. Size: ca. 34 cm and base diameter: ca. 16 cm
