Exceptionally beautiful vintage dress watch and/or wristwatch by Certina, the Club 2000 from Switzerland. Cal. 25-661M. 17-jewel clean Swiss movement, entirely cleaned and oiled. Beautiful thick 14 kt gold plating on the large case on the inside, outside and sides. A stunning gold dial signed 'Certica Club 2000 Swiss'. Steel back lid signed with no. 852 3407 22. Was of course tested and runs perfectly with a large reserve, so it will run for a long time after being fully wound; nearly as precise as a quartz. Date at 3 o'clock. Matching red leather strap. Scratch free domed glass for an even prettier appearance of the gold dial. Diameter is 43 mm including crown. From lug to lug is approx. 48 mm. Case thickness is 5 mm; including the crystal approx. 8 to 9 mm. Length is 25 cm. If I had to give the watch a rating out of 10, I'd say an excellent 9+. But the photos speak for themselves.
