Swiss watch by the 'Eterna-Matic' brand, from the '70s, in good condition. Diameter 35 mm without crown. Back has a steel screwed back. Silver sunburst dial, markers are steel/black, markers for minutes, central second hand, date and day window at 3 o'clock, text Eterna-Matic 3000. The case is made of steel, as is the signed crown. Mechanical movement with automatic, calibre 1466U (this is a modified ETA) in very good condition, as this calibre has been fully serviced. The date changes perfectly at 12 o'clock! Eterna helped founding ETA. In 1948, Eterna-Matic placed the first 'ball bearing full rotor' (hence the logo with 5 spheres) in a wristwatch! It is not without reason that the name Eterna becomes ETA once you remove the letters 'ERN'. In very neat condition and comes with a new leather strap + buckle.
