Large mantel set including a clock and two candelabra, with richly carved and openworked decoration in the Neo-Renaissance taste.
Napoleon III period, late 19th century, circa 1880.
Entirely made of splendid ormolu carved decorations with head on the sides of the clock. Lots of detail and exceptional quality. Protective glass that opens and closes, numbers in Roman numerals. Buzzer that rings every half-hour and hour. Winding key present.
Magnificent collector's item, unique in such a condition. The mechanism is numbered with the initials E. P. block

Clock: 47 cm high / 27 cm long / 10 cm wide
Candlesticks: 47 cm high / 16 cm long / 20 cm in diameter
The whole in very good general aesthetic condition. No defects or breakage. Very nice bronze sheen. The clock will have to be serviced because the mechanism is in very good condition, it goes up well but it stops. Pendulum is present and in good condition.
