The meteorite in this batch is a nice complete piece of Carbonaceous Chondrite of the new type CVox3, found in the Sahara in 2020 and classified under the name NWA 13575 on December 16, 2020. There are only two meteorites in the world classified as CVox3. In general, CV3 chondrites are famous for their CAIs (calcium and aluminium inclusions), being generally the oldest material in the Solar System, over 4,700 million years old, that is, the first materials that solidified in the solar nebula, and therefore one of the oldest materials ever described and found. Besides, CV3 chondrites are rich in amino acids and water, so they are one of the basic pillars on which the theory that the seeds of life could reach the Earth with this type of meteorite is based.
