A well-kept coffee and tea set with barely any traces of wear. Tray: 42 x 32 cm The CK firm was established in 1896 by Coen Kurz who had worked at Daalderop first. Originally the firm was called C. Kurz & Co, Holland, and served as a metal working factory. In 1899 a new factory was established after there had been a fire. In 1906 the company established another factory in Kleve, to produce gas and paraffin lamps. In the meantime the staffing increased to over 100 employees. Gradually the company would also produce copper, nickel, and gilded ornaments. During the first world war they'd also produce munition. Will be carefully wrapped and sent by registered mail.
