The cuvée Rendez-Vous N°2 Pinot Noir Extra Brut is an invitation to rediscover two historical terroirs of Reims, namely Ambonnay and Verzenay: their limestone soils give life to a champagne with a rare aromatic balance. The assembly is 100% Pinot Noir, the vinification takes place in vats, the ripening on lees is 65 months long. A champagne with an intense notes of candied lemon, mandarin and licorice, with a harmonious finish. N.3 Delicate nose of chopped apples, apricots, raspberries, grapefruit, salted almonds and praline. Lovely freshness with salty and zesty undertones plus a hint of five spice. It’s medium-bodied with vibrant acidity and a gentle mousse. Somewhat understated with a soft yet tangy energy. 100% meunier. 70% base wine from 2015, with 30% reserve wine from 2013. 64 months on lees; disgorged November 2021 with 2g/L dosage.
