Beautiful flawless complete set of 24 numbered gapers.
Miniatures - 24 different gold gapers. Collector’s item - very good condition.
Gapers height of 6 to 7 cm.
A gaper served as a sign of pharmacists, to attract customers, but also as a quality indicator for the store. Initially, this signboard sign was put on the canopy,
but more and more attached to the facade from the 17th century onwards.
However, the gaper mouth is not open to yawn, but to take a medication.
The grimace of many gapers can be explained because the medicine tastes bad. These are small copies of the old gapers.
Gapers of resin.
Are all in excellent condition.
The gapers are numbered at the bottom.
